We’re excited to host you and your guests for a fun-filled ceramics experience. Here are a few details to ensure everything goes smoothly:
Decoration Setup: Let us know if you’d like to arrive early to set up birthday decorations. We’ll ensure the tables are available and clear.
Celebration Time: If you'd like an extra 30 minutes before or after the event for light snacks or dessert (not provided), please inform us in advance.
Arrival Time: We recommend guests arrive 15 minutes early to ensure we start on time and everyone can fully enjoy the activities.
Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothes that can get a bit messy. Don’t worry, the clay washes out!
Studio Safety: For safety reasons, only registered participants (with the exception of approved chaperones) are allowed in the studio during the event.
Finished Pieces: Your final glazed pieces will be ready for pick-up 6-8 weeks after the event.
Parking Information: There is ample street parking and a large parking lot next to our studio. Please read the signs carefully for 90-minute, 3-hour, and 8-hour parking regulations.

Payment & Bookings: To secure booking, select the number of participants in the dropdown below. There is a minimum of 8 paid spots and a maximum of 16 spots.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will receive a refund in the form of a studio credit, minus a $150 cancellation fee.
